Cotton Plastic Steel Strapping Tape - Bale-Locked Security, Zero Rust Burden
1. High strength: PET plastic steel strapping has extremely strong tensile strength, approaching that of steel strapping of the same specification and twice that of PP strapping. It also has the ductility to resist impact, which can better ensure the safety of the product.
2. High toughness: PET strapping bands possess the characteristics of plastic and have special flexibility. During transportation, they can prevent the strapping bands from breaking due to jolts, thus avoiding the scattering of objects and ensuring the safety of transportation.
3. Flexibility: PET straps do not have the sharp edges of steel straps and will not cause damage to the packaged objects. It will not cause harm to the operators during packaging and opening, avoiding all unsafe factors.
4. Adaptability: The melting point of PET plastic steel strapping is between 255 ° C and 260 ° C. It can remain unchanged for a long time within the range of -110 ° C to 120 ° C and has excellent dimensional stability. Due to its material and manufacturing process, PET straps can adapt to various climate changes.
It is heat-resistant and moisture-resistant. Unlike steel straps, it does not rust when exposed to moisture, polluting the environment or losing tensile strength, which would reduce the binding strength.
5. Convenience and environmental friendliness: Due to the light weight of PET straps, they are easy to handle. Their small size saves warehouse space. Used PET straps are easy to recycle and meet environmental protection requirements.
6. Economic benefits: The density of PET plastic steel strapping is 1.30 to 1.38g/cm ⊃3;, which is only 1/6 of that of steel strapping (7.8g/cm ⊃3;), and the price per unit length is relatively low.
7. Aesthetic and rust-free: Steel straps will absorb moisture from the air and rust when exposed to it, but PET plastic steel straps will not.
8. Cotton plastic steel strapping bands can withstand high pressure and have strong tensile strength.
