Taixing Jushuo Technology Co.,Ltd. is headquartered in the second largest plastic city in China, and the production base is located in the most dynamic city in China - Taizhou City. We have been committed to the research and production of plastic packaging products and machines with more than 10 years’ expertise. The factory covers an area of 15,000 square meters. It currently has 4 high-strength PET strapping production lines, 5 PP strapping production lines, and 2 sets of advanced solid-phase tackifying equipment to increase the viscosity of PET, enhance tensile strength and toughness. With an annual production capacity of over 20,000 tons, it is a large-scale manufacturing plant in China that integrates the production and sales of PP strapping bands and PET strapping bands.

The main packaging materials produced by our company include various specifications of automatic PET plastic steel packing belt, high-strength PET plastic steel packing belt, PET special strapping for chemical fibers, automatic pp strap, high strength pp strap, polypropylene hand strap, automatic pp strap for machine, PET plastic steel packing belt, flexible strapping, BOPP sealing tape, double-sided adhesive tape, kraft paper tape, masking tape, warning tape, PE stretch film, paper corner protector, strapping machines, wrapping machines... We can also customize various specifications and special-shaped high-strength strapping bands according to customer requirements and samples. And we can design, manufacture and install automated packaging assembly lines for customers.

Manufacturing Processes

The production equipment of Jushuo Packaging adopts Italian screen changers, which can achieve screen changing without stopping the machine. The product output is high and the quality stability is strong. The production technology adopts advanced cold drawing process, which greatly enhances the tensile strength of the product and is suitable for manufacturing various high-strength strapping bands. The unique screw design of the extruder ensures a high degree of plastic plasticization, reduces plastic attenuation, makes the product more resilient and less prone to cracking.
The company is equipped with precision testing instruments: Vernier calipers, electronic scales, thickness gauges, ovens, viscosity testers, and tensile testing machines are used to precisely measure various performance indicators of packing straps (viscosity, tear resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength, elongation, and durability). We strictly follow six inspection procedures: raw material inspection, incoming material inspection, online inspection, finished product inspection, inbound inspection, and outbound inspection, ensuring a finished product qualification rate of over 99%
