PET plastic steel packing belt is a type of polyester strapping mainly made of PET through extrusion and unidirectional stretching. Characteristics of PET plastic steel packing belt

1. It has strong tensile strength, featuring both the tensile strength of steel belts and the ductility to resist impact, which can better ensure the safety of product transportation.

2. It has a small elongation rate, which is only one sixth of that of polypropylene tape, and can maintain tension for a long time.

3. It has strong heat resistance, with a melting point of 260 degrees Celsius and will not deform when used below 120 degrees Celsius.

4. Good safety, no risk of steel straps rusting and contaminating the bound objects, and the color is bright and shiny.

5. Excellent economic benefits: The length of 1 ton of PET strapping is equivalent to that of 6 tons of steel strapping of the same specification. The unit price per meter is over 40% lower than that of steel strapping, which can reduce packaging costs.

6. PET plastic steel straps can maintain a long-term tension of 5% without loosening. When subjected to strong external impacts, they also have a 5% buffer elongation rate, ensuring the safety of the packaged items.

7. PET plastic steel strapping does not have the sharp edges of steel strapping and will not cause damage to the packaged objects. At the same time, it will not cause any harm to the operators during the packaging and unpackaging process.
