PET packaging straps, also known as bundling bands or strapping bands, are mainly composed of polyester resin. It is a kind of polyester strapping mainly made of PET through extrusion and unidirectional stretching. The product can replace steel straps, steel wires and heavy-duty PP strapping as a new type of environmentally friendly packaging material.

1. Strong tensile strength: It not only has the tensile strength of steel strips but also the ductility to resist impact, which can better ensure the safety of your products during transportation.

2. Low elongation: The elongation is only one-sixth of that of polypropylene (PP) tape, and it can maintain tension for a long time.

3. Strong heat resistance: The melting point is 260 degrees, and it will not deform when used below 120 degrees.

4. Good flexibility: Without the sharp edges of steel belts, it is safe to operate, neither hurting hands nor damaging the objects being bound.

5. Aesthetically pleasing and rust-free: There is no risk of steel belts rusting and contaminating the bound objects, and the color is bright and lustrous.

6. Excellent economic benefits: The length of 1 ton of plastic steel belt is equivalent to that of 6 tons of steel belt, and the unit price per meter is lower than that of steel belt, which can help you reduce costs.
