PET chemical fiber packing belt has good toughness and strong tensile strength, and is widely used in the packaging industry. In some industries, plastic-steel strapping bands play an irreplaceable role. Compared with steel strapping, plastic-steel strapping provides better protection for goods from damage caused by the strapping, such as stones, furniture, machinery, etc. Although steel strapping bands have better tensile strength, due to the excessive hardness of steel, they are prone to damaging the items being packed. 1. The temperature of the heating head of the strapping machine is not appropriate. When heating and bonding the interface of PET plastic steel strapping, due to the low temperature, it cannot be bonded firmly.

2. There is too much dirt on the heating head of the strapping machine, which causes the joint of the strapping band to not fit completely. The stains can be sanded off with sandpaper to keep the heating head clean and tidy.

3. The heating head of the strapping machine is skewed, which prevents the joint of the strapping band from aligning automatically and ensures complete adhesion during high-temperature bonding.

4. After the strapping machine has packed the goods, the goods can only be moved after the pallets return to their original positions; otherwise, the firmness of the strapping will also be reduced.

In the actual application of PET plastic steel strapping packaging, if the above problems occur, they can be improved by manually adjusting the mode, and at the same time, the heating time of the strapping machine can also be extended.

Although PET chemical fiber strapping is so good, customers can choose strapping in various colors according to their own needs. Nowadays, plastic steel strapping bands are classified into green plastic steel strapping bands, yellow plastic steel strapping bands, red plastic steel strapping bands, etc. The advantage of this color classification is that it is easy to distinguish the items to be packed by the color of the strapping bands.
