Bluing Steel strapping band is made from ordinary carbon structured or high-quality carbon structure steels via cold-rolled,elec-tric heat and blued and painted & waxed. The painted and waxed Steel strapping band is the further process fror the Bluing Steel strapping band To prevent rust,the painted Steel strapping band is very better than the blue tem pered Steel strapping band. It is applicable for bundling and packing of wood,paper,glass,stone,welded pipe and so on and other large obiects. Wound type of product: Rib-bon wound Steel strapping band and oscillated wound Steel strapping band.

Bluing Steel strapping band is to heat treatment the steels at about 200 degree centigrade and make the steel surface to form a layer of dense ferroferric oxide film. Bluing Steel strapping band Dense ferroferric oxide film can film the steel body isolated from air and water, and have the effect of anti rust.

The layer of protective film can prevent iron from rusting. Before packing, a layer of anti-rust oil can also be applied to prolong the storage time. The dense ferroferric oxide film can isolate the steel body from air and water, and has anti-rust properties. Typically, there are 3-4 layers of packaging, but we can also customize the packaging according to customer requirements.
