Product Introduction

Mini stretch film, also known as PE slit film or small stretch film, is obtained by slitting the parent roll of stretch film. It is named for its small width and light weight. Common widths range from 4 to 30 cm and are generally custom-made to meet customer requirements. It can be equipped with movable handles or extended paper tubes for packaging.

Process and Characteristics

Slit-wrap film is made from high-quality LLDPE as a backing material, combined with a premium tackifier. It is produced through a process of heating, extrusion, casting, and then chilling with chill rollers.

It offers numerous advantages: strong toughness, high elasticity, tear resistance, high adhesion, thin thickness, cold and heat resistance, pressure resistance, dust resistance, and water resistance. It is available in both single-sided and double-sided adhesive options. It saves materials, labor, and time, and is widely used in industries such as papermaking, logistics, chemicals, plastic raw materials, building materials, food, and glass.
